Zamir Rhemtulla, DirectorZamir Rhemtulla, Director of Pioneer Solutions, graduated in 2006 and holds a BSc (Hons), saw a gap in market to provide responsive, high quality IT support.

His entrepreneurial strengths encouraged him to establish a world-class and world renowned IT Support company in 2008. Zamir has a wealth of experience, contracting at several blue-chip companies, such as Credit Suisse, The London Metal Exchange, Juniper Networks and Xchanging.

With a passion for learning, he has a portfolio of IT industry qualifications and is very much focused on business development. Zamir heads up the IT Support and Consultancy division of Pioneer Solutions.


Zain Rhemtulla, IT Helpdesk ManagerZain Rhemtulla, our IT Helpdesk Manager has a wealth of experience in the IT and EPOS industries.

A very confident, dedicated individual, Zain ensures the IT helpdesk is always working to its full potential, ensuring support enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently to retain the high standards that our customers have come to expect on a daily basis.

Naturally technical-minded, Zain has been responsible for the planning and implementation of various projects and roll-outs at a national and global scale, to a very high standard. Zain also possesses strong skills in website development.


Vinay Thakkar, Retail Helpdesk ManagerVinay Thakkar, Retail Helpdesk Manager, has over 9 years of experience within the IT & EPOS industries, specialising in Retail Pro, Yourcegid Retail and Teamwork Retail.

Since joining Pioneer Solutions in 2012, Vinay has been a key member providing tailored Retail consultancy and support.

Vinay has supported and has a very strong rapport with many of the leading fashion brands, such as Jimmy Choo, American Apparel, LK Bennett, Diesel, Ted Baker and Issey Miyake to name a few. His decision in moving to Pioneer Solutions was to build a stronger foundation for his career and work with a world-class support specialist and retail solutions provider.

Vinay brings a wealth of knowledge and manages the retail support department at Pioneer Solutions.

With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, Iqbal is very innovative, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company in all areas, including server support, network support and disaster recovery.


Ben Potter, Helpdesk Support EngineerBen Potter, Helpdesk Support Engineer

Ben joined Pioneer Solutions in 2013. He has worked in the retail industry for several years and has previously worked as a Helpdesk Agent at Clinton’s, supporting over 900 stores nationally. Having completed his Retail Pro 9 certification in the first 6 months of joining us, Ben is a fully certified Retail Pro Application Expert, Systems Engineer, and Reports Professional.


Rikki Patel, Helpdesk Support EngineerRikki Patel, Helpdesk Support Engineer

Rikki has worked in IT for several years and has previously worked for Anovo as a Production Line Team Leader, providing after-sales support solutions for technical products at a national scale. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from Kingston University, as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional qualification.


David McKenna, Helpdesk Support EngineerDavid McKenna, Helpdesk Support Engineer

David is our recent addition to the Helpdesk. He is a certified Apple Genius, having worked at Apple’s Genius Bar for 3 years. In the short time he has been with us, he has built a strong relationship with customers and his peers in a short space of time. He has also recently carried out store installs for our customers in France, Germany and Spain and has proven his wealth of knowledge in the IT and Retail sectors.


Kay Creamer, AccountsKay Creamer, Accounts

Kay leads our Accounts Department and is responsible for the financial activities of the entire company. Kay is an extremely careful planner, great with customers, and has an excellent demeanour at all times.
