Zamir Rhemtulla, Director of Pioneer Solutions, graduated in 2006 and holds a BSc (Hons) from London South Bank University, saw a gap in market to provide responsive, high quality IT support.
His entrepreneurial strengths encouraged him to establish a world-class and renowned IT Support company in 2008. Zamir has a wealth of experience, contracting at several blue-chip companies, such as Credit Suisse, The London Metal Exchange and Xchanging.
With a passion for learning, he has several IT industry qualifications and is very much focused on business development. Zamir heads up the IT Support and Consultancy division of Pioneer Solutions.
Minesh Thakkar, Director of Pioneer Solutions, has over 10 years of experience within the IT & EPOS industries.
Having worked within the Retail Solutions industry for over 10 years, Minesh has worked through the entire lifecycle from implementation, project management through to support, training and consultancy. He then progressed his career in leading an operations department to much success.
After working with many of the leading fashion brands, such as Jimmy Choo, American Apparel, LK Bennett, Diesel, and Issey Miyake to name a few, Minesh wanted to take his career to new heights and build a company that delivers IT & Retail Solutions services together, which is second to none, giving the customer a one-stop point of contact when a problem occurs.
Minesh brings a wealth of knowledge and leads the Retail EPOS department at Pioneer Solutions. He will be playing a pivotal role in driving the Retail Solutions division forward and making it a successful department to the business.
Adi-Buer Puplampu, an Entrepreneur and Business Transformation Strategist & Coach with a successful background in luxury retail, e-commerce and global markets.
With over 18 years of directing significant change programmes within global brands, Adi-Buer has been the technology thought leader behind many of their successes. And in the last 3 years, most notably spearheading the pre-acquisition globalisation of Jimmy Choo’s e-commerce environment and delivering their US-based distribution center whilst completing a global technology refresh.
Zain Rhemtulla, our IT Helpdesk Manager has a wealth of experience in the IT and EPOS industries.
A very confident, dedicated individual, Zain ensures the IT helpdesk is always working to its full potential, ensuring support enquiries are dealt with promptly to retain the high standards our customers have come to expect on a daily basis.
Zain also possesses strong skills in website development, and is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects and roll outs.
Vinay Thakkar, Retail Helpdesk Manager, has over 7 years of experience within the IT & EPOS industries, specialising in Retail Pro, Your Cegid and Teamwork Retail.
Vinay has previously worked within a support environment and since joining Pioneer Solutions is a key member providing tailored Retail consultancy and support.
Vinay has supported and has a very strong rapport with many of the leading fashion brands, such as Jimmy Choo, American Apparel, LK Bennett, Diesel, Ted Baker and Issey Miyake to name a few. His recent decsion in moving to Pioneer Solutions is to build a stronger foundation for his career and work with a world class support specialist and retail solutions provider.

Ben Potter is our newest edition to the help desk team.
Ben has worked in the retail industry for several years and has previously worked as a Helpdesk Agent at Clinton’s supporting over 900 stores nationally. He has a keen interest in the retail and IT sectors alike, and although young, he has a strong will to learn.
lqbal Jaferali, Network and Project Implementation Manager, is one of our tech gurus.
With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Iqbal is very innovative, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company in all areas, including server support, network support and disaster recovery.
Alex Phillips, Field Engineer/1st Line Support Helpdesk, has been with the company since 2008.
Alex currently possesses over 5 years of experience as an engineer. A determined individual, he has vast experience with Retail hardware and software, and enjoys travelling the UK.
Bally Ubhi, Field Engineer/1st Line Support Helpdesk, is our most recent addition to the company.
Having 4 years of experience in the IT industry, Bally is very efficient, and a great all-rounder. Bally conducts hardware and software repairs on-site, when he’s not busy working remotely on the Helpdesk.
Kay Creamer leads our Accounts Department and is responsible for the financial activities of the entire company.
Kay has been a great addition to the company since she started in mid-2013. She is an extremely careful planner, great with customers, and has an excellent demeanour at all times.
