Internationally based, Diptyque, has selected Retail Pro to assist their thriving world renowned fragrances across UK, US and France.
Diptyque requires no introduction and their product range can be found at several stores in the UK, Liberty London, Harrods, Selfridges and John Lewis.
The business had outgrown their current system and required one that was flexible, multilingual, easy to use with a built in customer management system and comprehensive reporting. After a significant review process the retail management team decided on Retail Pro provided by Pioneer Solutions (UK) Ltd.
