We have been working with Pioneer Solutions officially since April 2017, where they helped facilitate a smooth handover from our previous IT support provider. Zamir graduated in 2006 and holds a BSc (Hons) from London South Bank University and several IT industry qualifications. Zamir has a wealth of experience, contracting at several blue-chip companies, such as Credit Suisse, The London Metal Exchange and Xchanging.

Zain has been at the forefront of our Support team and service delivery since 2010. He strongly believes in mentoring and not managing, and is a true tech wizard. With in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, macOS and Linux, he is our support team’s go-to.
